Flying High formed in the Spring of 2010 and has quickly taken on the Tampa Bay Music Scene as one of the Most Unique and Talented Duo's. Both Professional Musicians with over 25 years of stage experience combined. Not Bad when considering both Derek Sivers (Lead Vocals/Guitars) and Alan Pelno (Keyboards/Vocals) are both only 29 years young. Sivers is a self taught Musicians has over 2k Shows under his belt throughout the United states. Arguably One of the more Soulful and captivating vocalists in the Tampa Bay Area, Sivers has opened up for National Acts such as ZZ Top, Kid Rock, O.A.R. and Night Ranger to name a few. Alan Pelno has been playing the Piano for 21 years and attended the Campbellsville University Jazz Ensemble where he Majored in Music theory and Composition and has been an accomplished sessions and songwriter in Nashville, Tn.
